Get Involved
Step into the mission by helping Bros Before Lows create safe spaces, develop peer facilitators, and strengthen community programs for men, young men, and boys.
Force 184
FORCE 184 aims to train 184 SMART Recovery certified facilitators by 2030 to lead weekly virtual and in-person peer-support groups across Canada, helping men connect and build coping skills before challenges become crises. Eligible participants may receive 35% to 100% reimbursement toward certification.
Become a SMART Recovery Facilitator
Through SMART Recovery Canada certification, facilitators learn to lead structured peer-support groups, encourage open conversation, and help men develop practical coping strategies. As part of FORCE 184, they maintain welcoming spaces, follow safety protocols, and connect participants with professional or crisis resources when additional support is needed.
