What is Bros Before Lows?
Bros Before Lows isn’t just a slogan — it’s a movement.
A movement for men’s mental health grounded in healing, brotherhood, and purpose.
We’re here to emphasize the power of positive male connection — especially during life’s toughest battles, whether it’s mental health struggles, substance abuse, or unhealthy relationships. We believe that open conversations save lives.
Through music, outreach, and honest dialogue, we’re creating safe spaces where stigma holds no weight and real support takes its place — helping men rise above depression, addiction, isolation, and emotional pain.
Our focus is on building:
-
Safe spaces for men to be seen, heard, and vulnerable
-
Community-driven connections that foster accountability and trust
-
Environments where men can navigate life’s challenges with support, not silence
We champion:
-
Self-expression through music and creativity
-
Supportive brotherhood that uplifts, not competes
-
Ongoing healing through purpose-driven connection

Our Mission
- Create safe, inclusive spaces where men of all ages can express themselves openly and without judgment.
- Blend music with mental health advocacy as a powerful tool for emotional expression, healing, and connection.
- Build a peer-led support network where every man feels seen, heard, and valued — not just for what he’s been through, but for who he’s becoming.
- Break the stigma surrounding men's mental health by encouraging real, vulnerable conversations about the male experience.
- Promote a partnership-based approach to healing — because while we can’t do the work for men, we’ll do everything in our power to walk alongside those willing to show up for themselves.
- Live acoustic sessions, jam circles, and freestyle moments during peer groups.
- Guitars, drums, vocals — music as the sound of healing.
- A space where men can connect sonically and emotionally.
- Safe, non-judgmental environments to talk, share, or just be present.
- Guided by lived experience<, not clinical pressure.
- Focused on conversation, connection, and accountability.
- Open mics, acoustic nights, wellness meetups.
- No barriers — just a seat at the table for anyone who needs it.
- Creating visibility for men's mental health while supporting local talent.
- Our band Parkway Cinema serves as the voice of the movement.
- Every show, every song, every lyric is designed to raise awareness and inspire change.
- Music with a mission — healing through honesty.
